Hot summer outfit in style of late 1950s-early 1960s with real vintage swing dress by “Siro-Puku” & flower circlet hat

This vintage swing dress from the Finnish manufacturer “Siro-Puku” I would date between 1959 and 1961. I did a search for information about "Siro-Puku". In Finnish it means "Graceful Dress" or "Graceful Suit".  As always, there is very little information about it in the Internet.  I was able to learn that it was a clothing factory (tehdasvalmisteinenompelu) located in Lahti, an industrial city.   I also managed to find its full address. Street view on Google maps allowed me to see the building that once housed this production. Unfortunately, it is no more exist.  The building is unique in that its facade on the left side is decorated with a panel with a child, a woman and a man with a sewing machine. Perhaps a silent witness that my dress was once made there and that the factory made clothes for all genders and ages...
