Warm summer outfit in style of late 1960s with real vintage wide brim hat in style of Lady Beltham
It seems to me that this hat is something in the style of Gabrielle Chanel's favorite model - Marie-Hélène Arnaud. In particular, she wore something similar in the first film from the French trilogy "Fantômas" directed by André Henri Hunebelle. Probably many people, who watched this film, liked the uninhibited, hot and very free in clothes (at that time period) blonde Helen, the bride of the protagonist, performed by Mylene Demongeot.
